Competition

Our task in the competition area is especially to place an emphasis on combating cartels and on intervening against private and public participants who abuse their position in the market.

We apply the Swedish Competition Act and articles 101 and 102 in the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) – up to 1 December 2009 articles 81 and 82 in the EC Treaty.
